We were just wondering if anyone was coming on Saturday to the game. We are all ready with our BYU attire and all. We are thinking about having a tailgate party before the game.

Adventures in Texting

I realized the other day why its not a good idea to send out mass texts. There were a few friends that I hadn't told yet about Sadie and I being pregnant. So, I figured I would just send out a mass text to a few people in my contact list. I also thought it might be humorous to crack a joke or something in the text. Judging by some of the responses I got back, I don't think people understood it as a joke. I've always thought that those mass texts were so impersonal and thought it would be funny to add something that you would not normally say to everyone.

Here is the text:

"Hey, just wanted to let you know that Sadie and I are pregnant. We're thinking of naming it after you."

--- Yeah, not a good idea.

WHY DOESN'T SOMEONE ANSWER ME

I ACTUALLY DID IT, BUT I AM NOT SURE THAT I CAN DO IT AGAIN

I am not sure what I am doing but I am trying this.

Labor Day

Hi Everyone---hope everyone is well. What is everyone doing for labor day? Mom and I were talking and we thought it would be fun to try and get together some time.

Too bad I can't get CJ to come to my house to set up my computers. Megan and Jon have it too easy. I like this idea and I think family members will post, even if it's just periodically.

Here's an update on our family. Chrissy and the girls brought home a dog the other night. A black lab named Coco. Well, she already has a broken foot. It's a good thing we're a little easier on our own children!!

Welcome to the world

So, after sitting at Megan and Jon's house and trying to help them set up their computers...we got to talking about a blog. The words from the famous film "Field of Dreams" came to me.
